Is the AI free?
Yes, you get a few free images to start, and more each day when you add your email. Power users can plug in their own OpenAI or Google Gemini key for unlimited images (billed by that provider). You only pay us for the products you order.
What photos work best?
Clear, well-lit photos where faces are easy to see. Group shots work too. For a family or team, a single photo with everyone in it gives the best result.
Can I use a ChatGPT or Midjourney image I already made?
Yes. Download it and use Upload finished art. Larger images print sharper; we'll warn you if yours may look soft on the product you pick.
How do group orders work?
You make the design and pick the product and color, then share the link. Each person picks their size, pays, and enters their own address. Everyone gets 10% off. You get a private page showing every order and a size tally.
How long does shipping take?
Each item is printed when you order. Most orders are made in 2–5 business days and arrive 5–12 business days after ordering (US). You'll get tracking by email. Ordering for a holiday? Order at least two weeks ahead.
What if something's wrong with my order?
If it arrives damaged, misprinted or defective, we'll reprint or refund it. Because each item is custom-made, we can't accept returns for change of mind. See our returns policy.
What can't I print?
Images you don't have rights to, trademarked logos or characters, and anything hateful, explicit or illegal. We may cancel and refund orders that break these rules.
